No Cost Proposal
There is no cost for the written proposal but we ask that once you received the proposal, you and your team spend an hour or more to go over the proposed menu of services, the proposal team members, and their specific qualifications so that you have a good understanding of the quality of the services and our value proposition.
Our Process
Who are we? Upon authorization of the needed nearshoring services, a full-time project manager will be assigned to your account. This trained PM will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of your project as well as quarterbacking the entire Nearshoring Group team. Your personal PM will be in regular contact with your scheduled and project progress reports on our customized reviews. If there are issues needing to be addressed during any phase of the project, your personal PM will be responsible for bringing the appropriate resources to bear to ensure that any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently, so as to not cause any undue delays to the project schedule or budget.
Collaboration
Professional resources: Regular weekly reporting as well as schedule management and maintenance services will be done on convenient time for you and your team to ensure that all necessary inputs and resources are coordinated.
